Albert Harbour, Greenock – Colourful Scottish Harbour Giclée Print (A002)

Price range: £18.00 through £48.00

Description

Albert Harbour, Greenock is a striking example of Raymond Murray art, capturing the busy charm and character of one of Scotland’s best-known waterfronts through confident colour, movement, and energy. This Albert Harbour Greenock print brings Murray’s unmistakable palette-knife style to life, transforming a familiar industrial harbour into a vivid symphony of bold reds, deep blues, and radiant greens.

The artwork portrays a vibrant cluster of fishing boats and harbour buildings, painted with expressive geometry and dynamic brushwork. The sky glows with sweeping strokes of citrus green and warm yellow, creating a modern, dreamlike atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and electric. The iconic cranes and chimneys of the Greenock waterfront rise in the background, their forms softened by Murray’s rhythmic textures.

As a Scottish harbour painting, this piece balances realism with abstraction, offering a fresh way to experience a location rich with maritime history. Murray’s distinctive approach turns boats, rooftops, and reflections into sculptural blocks of colour, giving the scene a contemporary vibrancy that immediately draws the eye. The print feels lively yet harmonious — a celebration of Scotland’s west-coast identity.

Printed as a premium giclée print, every brushstroke, colour shift, and palette-knife detail is reproduced with exceptional clarity. Whether displayed in a living room, hallway, or creative space, this colourful coastal artwork adds impact and atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for collectors of Raymond Murray art or anyone who loves Scottish coastal scenery depicted with bold modern flair.

This Albert Harbour Greenock print is perfect for those seeking a statement piece that embodies movement, light, and the spirit of Scotland’s maritime towns. As both a Scottish harbour painting and a colourful coastal artwork, it offers rich visual depth and a unique artistic voice.
