The Five Sisters of Kintail – Vibrant Scottish Landscape Giclée Print (A001)

Price range: £18.00 through £48.00

Description

The Five Sisters of Kintail is one of Raymond Murray’s most captivating celebrations of the Scottish Highlands — a bold, expressive landscape alive with colour, movement, and modernist energy. Painted in his signature style of confident palette-knife strokes and rhythmic geometric shapes, this artwork reimagines one of Scotland’s most iconic mountain ranges through a vivid, contemporary lens.

This premium giclée print captures every nuance of Murray’s colour-rich technique: the deep blues of the lochs, the glowing greens of the valley, and the dramatic, angular purples and reds of the Five Sisters rising across the skyline. The scene feels both familiar and fantastical, a re-envisioned Highlands where light dances in unexpected places and the landscape hums with intensity.

As with many Raymond Murray prints, the composition blends the natural environment with hints of human presence — a quiet white house tucked into the valley, fields shaped with painterly geometry, and a winding river guiding the viewer’s eye into the mountains beyond. The result is a Scottish landscape that feels both grounded and dreamlike, modern yet timeless.

Perfect for lovers of bold colour, contemporary Scottish art, or collectors seeking a standout landscape piece, The Five Sisters of Kintail brings the unforgettable character of the northwest Highlands into your home with striking visual impact.
